Glenn has had extensive public sector experience in creating efficient and effective government organizations and systems.

Highlights of Glenn Walters’ Work Experience and education include:

 29+ years Active Duty service to the nation in the United States Air Force including:

o         8 years in Law Enforcement

o         10 years in key Inspector General positions

o         8 years as a Commanding Officer

o         2 years Command and Control leadership position

o         Managed multi-million budgets and assets

o         Led over 1,000 people in some units

o         Started as an Airman Basic (enlisted) and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel (officer)

·          Owner GW Enterprises - a management consulting company focused primarily on performance excellence, visionary leadership and strategic direction with a variety of private and public organizations as clients

·         Significant focus on public education improvement with numerous educational institutions including RIo Rancho Public Schools.

·          Adjunct Professor with the University of New Mexico, Anderson Schools of Management, at the Certificate, Undergraduate and Graduate levels.

·          Adjunct Professor with the National Graduate School in Quality Management. 

·          Baldrige Award Trainer for numerous organizations.

Keynote speaker at conferences and events: primary subjects are Baldrige, Quality, Leadership, Workforce Excellence and Teams – recent major presentations were in Houston, TX, in May 2008, as the closing Keynote for the ASQ Worldwide Quality Conference (over 2,000 attendees) and the Opening Keynote for the International Exposition on Team Excellence Conference in Singapore in June, 2008. Major upcoming pcoming events include opening Keynote at another Team Conference in Singapore in January 2009 and the Closing Keynote for the 53rd European Conference on Quality in May 2009 in Croatia.
